- Changing sheets every Sunday This one is easy for me...I love those clean sheets!
- Eating breakfast everyday I've done very well with this on the weekdays, weekends are hit and miss
- Taking time for me I've not done this at all, except for the day I got out without the kids to get groceries (for the record...I don't think this counts!)
- Developing healthier eating habits I could do better. I have substituted wheat for white bread and cut back on the sugar, but I could still do better in other areas.
So, this week, I'm going to continue with the SMART Habits I've been working on and add a new one next week. If you want to find out more about SHS and The Lazy Organizer, visit Lara's blog.

Oh I'd definitely count doing the shopping without the kids as time to myself... but then I love wandering around the supermarket and it would be simply bliss to do that without three kids in tow!
Good luck with your goals!
I would count it too but I also count cleaning the house while the kids are at Grandma's all day.
I made the switch to whole grains last winter and feel so much better because of it! I go back and forth with fresh vegetables. Sometimes I'm eating them every day and then I stop. I've been craving them this week so it's time to go to the market.
OK, I have to admit...it was very nice to shop for groceries without the kids. Even being one of my most detested "chores" was a litte more bearable...I just hate calling it "me time"! :)
